@ Dodece

Grow up, I lived in the San Francisco, California, many "Americans" feel just the same.

I am not really nationalistic neither (call me European) or racist neither, my wife's Iranian and I worked in Austria for a long time and I liked living there better than back here in the Netherlands. 80% of my personal friends aren't even Dutch (some of my friends here in Holland are American, they work here as chiropractors)!

Wow, just wow....

Give me a break. You're talking about how Americas felt the media reported the Iraq war, not the HD console war. The US media doesn't give a shit about the videogame industry outside of the money it generates. There is no white house of gaming saying "hey, write articles bashing the PS3 and we might help you out". The media reporting negatively on the PS3 and Sony are the media reporting facts. A console isn't supposed to see YOY declines during the holiday at this stage in its life. And if they are, said company should be doing something to rectify it, instead of being outsold 2 to 1 by it's main competitor and 3 to 1 by the market leader. And if they can't, and that company is about post a $1.7 billion loss with one of their flagship products failing to catch on, that's legitimate (and bad) news to report.
