Grow up, I lived in the San Francisco, California, many "Americans" feel just the same.
I am not really nationalistic neither (call me European) or racist neither, my wife's Iranian and I worked in Austria for a long time and I liked living there better than back here in the Netherlands. 80% of my personal friends aren't even Dutch (some of my friends here in Holland are American, they work here as chiropractors)!
Wow, just wow....
