Well the blood that spatters, it just gived the impression it is in engine. Also the lip syning at the start, look closely you will notice that the cheeks and mouth are ever so slightly off. Sorry I think it's in engine.

 

It may use the game engine, but it's still pre-rendered, so effectively it's CGI
