Get SO4 first, KZ2 can wait because it´s a FPS and has a lot of replayability online. Many people will still be playing online 1,2,3 months ... 1 year after, so you won´t miss anything. As you already know all jRPG reviews these days, with a few exceptions, are pointless and far-off the quality of the game.
Or you could wait for SO4´s price tag to drop and purchase KZ2 first. KZ2´s price won´t drop in a long time.
