i think he took the wrong direction by saying that the 360 lacks longevity, he probably feels that MS will probably soon start to go to work on the console that will follow the 360. i feel the same way. the reason for these statements probably stem from the realization that consoles sold throughout the years dont just vanish as soon as the next and better more capable console comes out. the ps2 with all the years that it has been out on the market no longer being a hot item anymore and with the fewest game releases was still the #1 played system of 2008 and is still turning in a profit for sony. i totally agree with sonys 10 year plan... definitely gives me more bang for my buck, the mud slinging not so much.. but hey its not like MS isnt guilty of the same thing....
