A lot of gamecube and XBox console gamers weren't satisfied with JRPGs only being on the PS2...
It's better the minority not be satisfied then the companies go out of buisness trying to satsify a very very niche audience.
Who buys the majority of JRPGS?
The Japanese.
Which system is by far and away the largest owned system in Japan....? The Wii.
Either the Wii has most of the JRPG fans... or the gaming audience in Japan has completly collapsed for no descernable reason.
