It isn't the maps getting released the same day, it is Halo Wars getting released in Europe, and the Limited Edition has the new maps. You will not be able to get the maps via DLC until an unspecified later date. Perhaps you should be commenting on the fact that Halo Wars(Europe) is releasing on the same day as Killzone and not the maps.
