would you buy a handeld system made by microsoft ?

I would buy a portable from Microsoft if

A) It launched with at least 2 games that appealed to me.
B) It looked good ... very good.
C) Had some form of online.
D) 360 compatitbility.

Also if they could somehow implement triggers ... (maybe fold out ones?)
