 It's hard to ignore either a 40 something million install base which porting between costs relatively nothing and has very strong software sales combined with a much better understanding of the demographics wants and generally cheaper marketing costs due to the users more intelligence to brand name and gaming press.

 And it's hard to ignore the Wii's userbase, as it's expanding, cheaper to make games on and seems to sell absolutely anything.

It's easy to ignore JUST the PS3 userbase though, obvs.

 But yeah, developers ain't going to ignore the Wii and they won't ignore the PS360. What they do with either console though may not please everyone on here though, releasing games on both systems has upsides and downsides.
