I think the fact that XBL downloads ar much greater in US than PSN downloads + fact that licensing fees for PSN probably arent 5 bucks + the fact that Wipeout , burnout are already available on PSN for downlaod...made sega decide "screw it, just release it in Europe on PSN where people actually buy racing games. People that want it in the US will be smart and make an Euro account and save us paying sony the licensing fees"
