I'd consider it, though I'm not a big handheld fan. I wouldn't be surprised if they did or didn't make one. I would understand if they didn't - handhelds tend to appeal to the ultra-casual gamers, and tend toward lower attach rates. And Microsoft seems to be focussing on making a home entertainment hub, not just creating entertainment consoles. Although if they did make one, it would be strongly focussed on building their current brands - it would likely work like a zune as well, and be able to access and DL content from Xbox Live. And since Live arcade games are small and generally have lower requirements than 360 games, I would assume that the handheld would make some or all of them downloadable and playable through the handheld.
