APPLE'S hyped iPHONE has a 9-11% failure rate within 2 years and 6% in the first year.

Blackberry phones have 12% failure rate within 1 year and 14% after 2 years

Electronics malfunctions are actually quite common. Microsoft is the only company offering a 3 year warranty.

Yeah it sucks, but it really isn't as big a deal as people make it out to be

for cellphones its 2 years now both sony ericsson and nokia offer such warranty via cellphone companies, but not many nokias comes with problems, the n76 did have a peeling issue. and the sony ericsson w580 had a broken key problem but nothing as bad as leaving the phone unsable.

also iphone and blackberry are not nothing in market share... iphone its not even 1% compared to nokia almost 40% marketshare.

Actually you don't know what you're talking about. At least here in the USA Nokia phones have 1 year warranties.  I have had 3 nokia phones and each has just a 1 year warranty.  Also, I have T-mobile as my wireless cell phone provider but they only have a 1 year warranty as well.  Both are only valid within 1 year of purchase.

Secondly, saying the "iphone and blackberry are nothing in market share" shows me exactly how ignorant and foolish you are.

The iphone has been destroying nokia's smart phone market share.  The iphone has only been out 2 years and already it is causing nokia problems and threatening it.

Even more shocking is the fact that the iphone has been able to capture nokia's market share while only be sold by few wireless carriers.  Conversly, nokia has phone selling deals with all major networks and carriers.

A little research would do you some good :)
