I'd say who knows.
There might not even be a PSP2, plus it's only this generation where Nintendo hasn't been on the upper end of technology (N64 was more powerful than PS1, Gamecube more powerful than PS2).
For all we know the next handheld could be more powerful than Wii, or maybe the next Wii will be more powerful than PS4.
