Nintendo is, of course, the wild card. Even more so with handhelds, where power has now become second fiddle to functionality
From Sony, however, i would expect something on par with the Wii & Xbox. However, PSP's future is in doubt, i think. Some signs indicate "yes" and some "no." The success in Japan, the fact that it profits, and the fact that it's the first alternative to a Nintendo handheld which isn't a joke say "yes." The rampant piracy, incredible software droughts, and Sony's current financial troubles say "no." You can't say if there will be a PSP2 or not
