They don't need to mention pros and cons of anything. Just say "ok, you have two choices x brand for y dollars or Sony's for z dollars."

Let the customer decide and only give more info if they ask.

 

yeah but its always nice to tell them the pros and cons to help them make the decision.

 

yeah, but the problem is those pros/cons are almost always based on bias personal preference, vs actual fact.

 

but doesnt personal prefernce sometimes come from personal experience?
