Hi.
I'm working in a pathology at the moment and today I found the biggest case of .. ball cancer, ever.
it's around 14 cm long. The poor guy who had the honor to call himself owner of this thing is only 20 years old. (but this is the typical age for this sort of cancer- so you better check yourself)
It's creepy just thinking about how long he must've walked around with a nutsack that just continued growing with no end in sight..
