Those that are Given are worthy due to quality, sales, or investment by Microsoft. Those that are confirmed are obviously coming no matter what. Of the unlikely both Sonata and Tales probably deserve sequels, but having sold just a quarter million with the costs of localization does not bode well for them. Even on the Wii with its much larger base Symphonia has only equaled Infinite Undiscovery. That is really vexing. It seems that the design does not ring with Western Audiences.
So my two cents though Tales has critical praise there will probably not be a sequel. Unless the game is redesigned to appeal to a wider demographic. Apparently Sandbox is in, and as is turn based combat. That said Combat rings seems to be outside of the tastes of most players. I cannot say I argue against that. I tried the demos for both games I cannot honestly say I found the game play enjoyable.
I really wish the dedicated fans of this game got a sequel. Apparently it was well done for what it is. That said I can't see the sales getting one made. Not unless the next game brings it more in line with popular tastes.
