Halo 3 was a disappointment graphically, particularly after that trailer they showed at E3. Halo 3 just didn't show much. Oh, it was competent, and a decent closure for the Halo trilogy, but graphics are not its strong suit. Single player isn't really either. Gears 2 beats it in that area.
The mods and new mods for Halo 3 is impressive though.
