Killzone 2 has been in development for 5+ years... Over 5 YEARS. Although Killzone 2 looks very good, it is the result of Sony applying unprecedented manpower to make this game look this good. If you take a competent developer and give them money + 5 years, they would probably be able to make a game that looks just as amazing on either PS3/360.
