I am sure they will. Although MS releases a decent bit of 'new' info at E3 (and most likely solid release dates for major IPs), lots of info gets leaked and revealed before E3. Last year, we had no idea that Star Ocean 4 was coming to any system, much less the 360 until June. Tales of Vesperia was announced for the 360 in April, so there's a great precedent of exclusives, and dates before E3 - it's just the peak of what you'll learn.
I'd look for solid new announcements of new, exclusive IPs after March when the big games have released, and we begin to get a lull.
