@madskillz: You link did provide one good bit of info. Straight froma d eveloper:
Currently Mass Effect is an Xbox 360 exclusive title. It is possible a PC version or a console version (other than the Xbox 360) could be made some time in the future.
We do not yet have any plans for ME 2 or 3 to be anything other than an Xbox 360 version. Again, it is possible in the future, but currently we are working on the Xbox 360 version.

So that means that Mass Effect could hit the ps3 at some point. There are no legalities keeping this from happening.
Of course, that doesn't mean it will happen. In fact, I think it might not.
Although, Mass Effect is getting rereleased on the 360 in a month or so. That same re-release could in theory be ported to the ps3, kind've like the ps3 version of Overlord, among other delayed ports.
