i have 2 ps2's a old style PAL version and a slimline NTSC one to play imported games that didn't come out in Australia , the bonus with the slim ps2 being DC i could plug it straight in to my 240 volt mains power without an adapter ,with the ps3 being region free i at least don't have to fork out for an imported one of those.
