Whoa whoa relax man. It's okay if nothing is real. We'll always have Paris, duder.

I'm not really upset about this, I am just generally mad about the arrogance of modern sciintists. We feel like we know everything and are close to discovering the secrets of the universe. I feel we are no where close. We don't know how to delay death virtually indefinatly, control the weather, have baseline prospertiy for all humanity, physically explored the universe, found a way to generate endless energy or food, created true emersive virtual realiy, or done anything else needed to think we have mastered our world before we can focus on time and space. Before we can master our world, focusing on time and space is wasting resources.

The true discovery and proof of the origin of the universe and humanity at this time would be useless. If we happen to stumble upon who to control time, that would open a pandoras box and I feel it would probably destroy us. I'm sure very smart people want to know about the origin of the universe and these things, I know I do. However, we simply  don't have the technology to know for sure, and I think spending money to reasearch these things so that scientists who worry can feel at ease or feel like they have an answer is throwing money away.
