Figures this would happen since I just bought this. 
Its an awesome game and I'm enjoying it.
With regards to the trilogy being an 360/PC exclusive, MS did announce back in E3 2006 that it would be an exclusive. We don't know if this exclusive deal gets thrown out the window now that EA bought out Bioware or if they will honor it much like Sega still released Sonic Chronicles after Bioware sold.
