Sure that when you watch teams on tv every single action seems easy as pie. But that took years and years for each single player on the field to learn those "easy" movements. Everything is based around technique and tactics. Our stars would be nothing if it were not for the rest of the team. Not to mention that there is hardly anyone out there that would even go as far as to say that a team is based around their persona. |
Fine fine. We'll agree to disagree to keep it from being derailed any further. I agree its not really fair to the topic to keep this derailed. You are right that they are a very different type of sport.
Oh and btw, I was on my high school's JV soccer team for 4 years. Obviously, I'm not great at it, but I certainly know what's going on. In my opinion Soccer is the funnest sport to play, and the most tiring, but I will never enjoy watching it as much as American Football. Soccer's also fun to watch if you are at the game, but somewhat boring on TV.
