Coincidently all the games you mentioned are first party and Sony has done a good job in getting those studios to share their expertise and work together to get the maximum out of the hardware. In a way the situation is similar to that of the PS2 in that at the beginning it was difficult to program for. But after a couple of years developers got their heads around it and started getting the most out of it. Hopefully games like KZ2 and Uncharted will force other developers to work harder and achieve better results.

Though the PS2 was the most popular system, which is why developers spent more time to improve on their games for the system over the years (to maximize sales for their games). The PS3 on the other hand is in 3rd place out of the current gen. consoles, so developers might not necessarily see the need to spend as much time working to improve their PS3 games as there is not as much incentive since the install base is smaller compared to the other systems.

Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."
