i belive square themselfs wanted to make the game on 360, it was after all not a signed exclusive with sony. so obviously they need time to port things over.
what i do belive microsoft would have paid for, is same release date in west as ps3 version.

Lighten up, the article is just speculation. It's certainly quite plausible but there is no evidence, at least from reading the article. |
I think Iwata's wording of it being released after April 2010 make this theory more plausible than the 360 port being the delay.
