Now, I post this only because there is a LOT of information out there that lists Rare as a 2nd party to Microsoft. It does appear though, that they are first party. I was mistakenly thinking that Microsoft had only purchased a majority stake in the company.

However, that doesn't negate what I've stated. There are a handful, a pitance, of games on the 360 that cater to anything other than the same old, same old.
