@ disolitude: honestly, the reason why he would compare it to GoW2, is because that is the top of the crop at the moment on consoles considering shooters, whether it be third person or first person.
That game also has a very high rating so far, and he only meant to say it outdoes that game (and according to him, by a long shot).
It is not a jab towards GoW per say, but more of a "hail Killzone" thing.
And just for you:
If this site gave the game a 9.2 or a 9.1 or whatever (something that confirmed your own "view" of the game), would you then take the review with a bag of salt, or "oh, see? just as I thought"?
Hmm, I wonder...
