The ps3 wasn't doing that amazing before the economy crashed. The fact of the matter is the brand name has been injured from the very launch of the machine. For various reasons from high price, to no games the first year, to arrogant comments from their pr, there is a long list of reasons. The analyst's statement that the brand name has been injured is very accurate, and it's not the economy that did it.
