i guess i can understand her frustration, but she didn't do anything to help herself - only whine about it.
- she didn't read any of the requirements for her courses or else she wouldn't have gotten ubuntu with open office (she probably wanted the cheapest alternative).
- she didn't call verison to help her get connected to the internet (she can't be their only ubuntu user).
- she didn't call her coordinator to determine how to submit her assignments... or even do a simple web search to figure out how to save her documents in a Word format.
well, she somehow sucked me into her 5 minutes of fame.
