^^^ An extremely large one in the midwest, actually I have worked at three stores with this company and the story was the same at each. Do you live in a large city like vizunary? That would explain the greater amount of Hd bias.
HD gamers are by definition early adopters. I think this tends to skew the perception of how many people own cutting edge tech. Since we got rid of layaway we have had a harder time moving items over $500.
There is nothing redneck or backwards about my city, or my store. It is simply mainstream.
