Incorrect. Listen to game critics and fans alike talk about how they feel Gears 2 was rushed. How the multiplayer is essentially broken outside of Hoarde, (which is a lot of fun)
Yes COD WaW is very similar to COD4, but it does work.
Matchmaking, game lobbies, all of which are well chronicled to be somewhat broken on Gears 2.
The single player campaign in Gears 2 was good. but you could argue that it was Microsofts holiday "filler" till the next exclusive game is rushed. (by your logic)
I do however think Gears 2 is a better overall game. Slightly.
