I'm just saying that Persona did not age well. Persona 2 on the orther hand would have been a better choice.

Some games age well like the 16 bit final fantasys and some game don't like Persona and Golden Eye.

Yeah.  Never played the original Persona but I heard from a 1UP podcast that the combat in Persona 1 is very slow and tedious compared to the relatively fast paced battle systems Persona 3 and 4.  It also doesn't help that the localization was considered horrendous.  If the rumor is true, they will probably make changes to the games.  Atlus would also be smart to relocalize the game not only to make a signicantly better translation but also, get the original characters back that were in the Japanese version.  It would also help to make the combat faster and less tedious.
