because its the 2nd new 360 ive bought. and also i need a new plug and charge its stopped charging. imo thats unacceptable

Well get ready for a replacement PS3 controller because failing to hold a charge is an inevitability of batteries, and the PS3 controller battery is not replaceable like the 360's is.  Also, why did you purchase a new one?  Did you not get one repaired, or did you not sell your old one to make up some of the cost?  Also, just grab a set of rechargable AA batteries.  Those will be cheaper and better for your 360 controller.
