1st don't eat anything 4 or more hrs b4 u go to bed
2nd make sure ur pillow is comfortable for u
3rd don't do anything that cause u stress b4 u go to sleep like open up bills in ur mail even not checking this website out as some threads cause stress or playing VG
4th that's write don't use ur bed for anything other than sleep
5th wake up early like 8 a.m. get into a cycle for ur sleep time go to bed the same time every day wake up the same time
6th do more exercise but 4-5hrs b4 u sleep as it increases ur heart rate and that will make u not go to sleep
7th wen u can't go to sleep take deep breaths slowly to slow down ur heart rate
8th don't sleep during the day
9th go to ur vitamin shope and buy source naturals melatonin pills or spray make sure its the sublingual meaning it timed release
do all those things the melatonin should put u into a coma sleep wise but make sure u do all those things and not to rely on the melatonin as it's healthy to do the aboved mention for other things for ur health rather than just for sleep
