the problem is that while we get new games every year...often we dont get new story ideas
such as
hey lets have a lone solider get some type of super power then have to save teh world form another group of soldiers that some how got super powers as well but not as strong as this guy
or
lets have some Poor smuck fall into a plot to destroy the world and despite never having had any type of training for the job is some how able to master some great weapon and grow strong enough to save the world from destruction
