I'm not sure about the kill streak, but I wouldn't bet against it!!! As far as the "flying machine thingy," that's a technical term I'm sure, tacticians, the second guy from right to left in the pic above, "can call in air support in the shape of ATACs, flying drones kitted out with miniguns," sweet stuff!!!

 

they can be called in at anytime?????????????? that would be soo cheap cuz you can the same with turrents
