That was the beauty of FFX, you could mould your character into what you wanted them to be. I made tidus into an all rounder with a little bit of everything and had other people specialise in stuff.
@star_city - totally agree with you, i was unimpress with the characters, thought they were very boring and the sotryline didnt do anything for me.
