Indeed.  China is a perfect example, though the situation is getting somewhat better since the middle class is growing over there.  Progress is still slow, however.

 

Some believe that patriotism and nationalism go hand in hand. The belief that people in your country are in any way better than people in another country is...fascist.. all humans are born equal. Black people don't need as much sunscreen..but that's about it.
