Hypocrisy has always been one of the "in things" of the human race....I wonder if things would be calmer and better if the human race didn´t have so many different types, religions, cultures, etc...generally, in sci-fi movies/books, an advanced alien race is almost always portrayed as either having no sub types (they all have the same beliefs, speak the same language, etc..) or even if they do have them, they´ve managed to unite them all...I don´t know, but since the human race has all these differences, what´s called 'true' peace will only be able to come when humans have put aside their differences and "unite" everything....that might mean prety much never, sadly.
