Online co-op to be patched into Killzone 2?

I don't like splitcreen that much, it isn't that great in R2, I find it better when my friends play from their own Ps3's and we can talk over the headsets. If a game should be co-op off the one machine it should be all on one screen like baldar's gate or LBP.
