I pre-ordered a GameCube.... but I picked it up 1 day after release so kind of.
I pre-ordered LoZ:Windwaker, which was sent by Amazon 2 days after it's retail release date. (but it was paid for before hand, so again, kind of)
I bought Super Mario Galaxy on the release day.
Mario Kart Wii I bought 1 day after release.

Those are the only 4 games/consoles that come near... I usually buy things much later after release.
