Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots Trophy Patch !?

I hope that MGS4 will be trophy-patched. I just played it once. Usually I play every MGS game 5 or 6 times.
But Konami already lied about trophies for pes2009 so I dont trust them anymore.
