You've never played a Final Fantasy demo. They give you a small section to play, that usually culminates in a boss fight from early in the game. You are given summons, magic and moves you normally wouldn't have at this time in the game to give you a feel for how everything is. Also my point was that any demo being made takes time away from the game, and/or time away from some other game to keep this one on track. That can be said for any demo in any region. The demo shouldn't have to be translated, it can simply be pieced together following the game's natural translation. Frankly, it doesn't matter whether SE gives anyone a demo. This game is selling oodles of noodles regardless. I'm sure it just feels a bit rotten to the US and EU fans because they seem to be playing second fiddle to the JPN crowd.

yeah ive never played a ff demo so thats spiffy they give you a bunch to see in it. yeah after reading the rest i agree it sells regardless of the demo, and it just sounds like they are being lazy. unless they plan on throwing the demo on psn/live closer to the release date for NA/EU then i can see that sorta making sense
