I think you have a good point but could have said it better, it would have been clearer if you put in a chart and put the add-ons on there. We all know that for the initial price you get more for the PS3 but I think the point of this thread was to see which one would cost you more in the long run, if you want to do everything your system is possible of doing then your point seems more vaild. Like PS3 comes with blueray, the 360 and the Wii have no HD-DVD format for the initial price, so in that case PS3 wins but for the gamer who doesn't care about that, the Wii/360 may seem better because in the future they will be able to add it if they want it (oh course for the Wii you need to just buy a HD-DVD or Blueray player). Just saying 400 up front and 200 when/if i want it sounds better than 600 upfront. And I can't relax at work lol.......

Again, you sort of focused too much on the trifle... but I suppose it's kinda of my bad too since you don't really know me, so sorry. The first paragraph, while being truthful, had no intention of fueling hate or causing trouble. Back on topic, PS3 games in 5 years will be better than any games out there for the simple reason of - *drumroll* - 50 gigs. More bang for your buck in any possible way. Some of you might say "How?" I would say... just as anything else evolves. Kojima himself said he needs those 50 gigs... I can't see a worthy enough port of MGS4 to the 360.. It's gonna suck hard. Extra content, better graphics, better stream of data... etc... so the PS3 players will eventually own more, in a way, than Wii/360 players. So even Casual gamers who bought the PS3 will own better games (maybe not in every way) even if they don't want/need it. Take Resistance for example. 14 gigs of data after compression. If they'd made a port to the 360, they will have to sacrifice 5 gigs (5 whole gigs of graphics, data etc)... That would make the game shorter, probably, online worse... and overall bring down the value of it. And I beg to differ that if I had said "400 upfornt and 200 later" it would sound better... I would get EATEN by 360 fanboys without clearing it up! Correct?? amirite?
