That is total, not added. So EA has 15 Wii games. Total. :)
I actually read only the IGN version of the news quickly but yeah, it's a mistake. However, Larry Probst had this to say:
"We are pleased with the performance of our products on next-generation consoles. In the year ahead, we plan to build on our leadership position on both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3, and to significantly increase our support for the Nintendo platforms."

Significant increase from 15 games sounds a lot to me.
Btw. can you name the 14 games in development for PS3?
