Download times are horribly slow.

Call bullshit all you want.  I have both right now and those are my average times on the PS3.  The download has picked up on the 360 tho when I dont have it background downloading.  And no I wasn't playing a live game when it was downloading.  I was sitting on the active download screen and it was taking about 10 minutes per %.
