Why 2020? I think if they start right away on Killzone 3 it would rather be 2011 or maybe 2012.

The current game engine is already there (it can only improve), they are kind of the PS3 technology experts together with developers like Naughty Dog. They will receive a lot of feedback from Killzone 2 and have already learned a lot of lessons.
