MS doesn't need to release another system for quite a while and here is why:
- We all know xbox 360 moves software with its reduculous attach rate. And this is where the money is made. Even if the 360 starts to sell less year over year after 2009, they have a very good cash cow for atleast another 2 years after that.
- Sony isn't realeasing another system for a loooooong time. For many reasons...but the most obvious one is that they can't afford it.
- They need to figure out how to take on nintendo's blue ocean. No point of rushing to the market with the latest and best specs as that obviously doesn't mean first place anymore
